Service Cancellation Policy

You can cancel service for a full refund within 14 days from the time of your first access. After 14 days you can also cancel service and get a partial refund if you prepaid for 90 or 365 days. In this case the refund will be proportionate to the amount of service used. Once your cancellation request is received, refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 7 days. Returns and Refunds

You can return your order to the Company for a full refund within 14 days of the delivery. Send the items back to us in the original packaging, and make sure that the merchandise is in the same condition. After 14 days a restocking fee of $25 will be deducted from the refundable amount. In case you decide to return equipment after several months of purchase, additional fee of $10 will be applied for every month of use. For example, you returned TV media player after two months of use. You will be refunded the original price of the box minus restocking fee of $25 minus $20 fee for each month of use. Changes in Prices, Programming, Services and Features

You acknowledge and agree that:

Agreements with programming suppliers may expire during the term of your Agreement with Company. If that occurs, some programming in your services may not be available for some or all of the remaining term of your agreement with Company, and you will not be entitled to any refund, credit, or other compensation, as more fully set forth in the RCA.

Company has the right, at any time and from time to time without notice (including, without limitation, during any term commitment to which you have agreed), to add, delete, rearrange, alter, change and/or eliminate: (A) any and all prices, fees and/or charges; and/or (B) packages, programming, programming suppliers, services offered by suppliers, software, applications, features and/or functionalities; provided that in doing so Company exercises its discretion consistent with the parties’ reasonable expectations at the inception of this Agreement in accordance with the covenant of good faith and fair dealing implied in this Agreement.

Company has the right, without notice at any time (including, without limitation, during any term commitment to which you have agreed), to change your payment terms if you fail to make payments by your payment due date.

Service Requirements

Service requires stable Internet connection. Recommended Internet speed should be 10Mbps or higher. Minimum Internet speed is 5Mbps. We do not guarantee the high quality of TV Service if your Internet speed is lower than 5Mbps or not stable. You can check your Internet speed at Russian TV Internet Speed Test page.

We do not guarantee, represent, or warrant that your use of the services, including use of our software, the content, applications or functionalities, will be uninterrupted or error ­free, and you agree that we may eliminate or otherwise modify any or all aspects of the services, including features, channels, movies or other content that may be offered, without compensation or notice to you.
